Recipe: Ingredients 1 bunch of Kale Salt (adjust to taste) Pepper (adjust to taste) Garlic Powder (adjust to taste) 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil Nutritional Yeast Instructions Wash the kale leaves thoroughly and dry them completely. Make sure they are free from moisture (to achieve crispiness). Remove the tough stems from the kale leaves and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Discard the stems or save them for other use. Place the torn kale leaves in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and toss to coat the leaves evenly. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss the kale leaves to evenly distribute the seasoning and ensure that each piece is coated. Distribute the seasoned kale leaves evenly in your air fryer basket.
