Google Sheets Troubleshooting: Remove Chosen Dropdown Options

This user presented a fairly common request: With several dropdowns using the same options, remove any chosen options from being picked in the future. A simple way to do it is using a FILTER() function to create the dropdown options and point the dropdown at that output range. The one caveat is that all dropdowns with a value will show an error flag. If you can live with that, this simple method works well. The alternative is either a script OR a range for EACH dropdown.
