East Palo Alto Community and Neighborhood Development Organization (EPA CAN DO) was incorporated as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit and established in 1991. We provide a variety of services throughout East Palo Alto and neighboring cities in San Mateo County, including; credit counseling, Homebuyer Education Workshops, Credit/Budget WOrkshops, Financial Literacy WOrkshops, Pre-Purchase Counseling, Foreclosure Intervention/Prevention services and we own a variety of rental properties in East Palo Alto as well.
