For cooking dhaba style “Paneer Do Pyaza” recipe at home with Sonali Mustard Oil. Heat Sonali Mustard Oil in a deep kadhai, add black pepper, elaichi, laung, tej patta, and jeera & cook for a few minutes. 2. Add onion puree, and salt mix well & cook for a few more minutes. On the other hand, let’s make Dahi Masala paste. 3. Take ½ cup of curd, add haldi, red chilli powder, and dhania powder mix well. 4. Add ginger-garlic paste, and green chilli in the onion paste mix well & cook properly. Add water dahi masala paste, mix & cook well. 5. Add tomato puree, salt mix cover with lid & cook on slow flame. Add kaju paste, diced onion mix well cover with lid & cook until onion half cooked. 6. Add kasuri methi, and paneer mix and cook for a few more minutes. Add coriander and mix well. 7. Serve hot with lachha paratha or Naan.
