Listen and remember the sound of Adrenaline when it procs at 0:04 to noticed when it procs next time in late 0:16 and near start of 0:17. Thing happen in this video is quite "rarely" happen in single game no mod, even with xmax custom map mod with alot of enemies attacking character at the same time like in the video, it not often to catch the moment that 2 Adrenaline skill procs with almost no delay like that.
