I love this country and I spend most of the time of my holidays when I can, and I go to Rio and different places of the country. So, it's the story of Brazil. And so, you have three parts in the show: he first part is more about the architecture, about Brasilia, about Oscar Niemeyer art, about Rio, the streets, the buildings. And you see everything is pure, clean and white. Second part, second act is you go in the deep Amazonia, in the deep forests, and we are in the tones of brown, dark brown emerald. You can find all the stones of Brazil in the embroideries. And the third part, we go back to the first century of Brazil with the conquistadors. And all the finale, the finale is gold, pure gold and very rich. But very architectural in the same time. And it's the gold and the treasure of the conquistador." 3. Shown at the Palais de Chaillot, the collection was conceived in three chapters: the first section, made up of largely white, very sculptural looks and oversized jewelry, reflected the country’s architecture, Rio, Oscar Niemeyer, and Brasilia. Next, Rolland took the audience on a trek through the Amazon with more mysterious tones of taupe, emerald, and brown, embroidered with Brazilian stones. For the finale, he looked to the conquistadors of the first century, with a preponderance of rich gold fabrics to represent treasure. The show ended with a magnificent gold bridal dress adorned with gold-covered elements, channeling a religious vestment. “It's like an icon,” said Rolland. “It's like a virgin." =========================================================== Clients are reminded to adhere to all listed restrictions and to check the terms of their licence agreements.
