I love giving y'all a lot of dinner inspiration and of course my family loves trying out all the new recipes I share. :) This week we have 3 great dinner recipes for you to try. CHEESEBURGER WRAPS: https://www.organizeyourselfskinny.co... SUBBIE SUPPER Submitted by Dana SAUSAGE AND RICE 1 lb sausage (can use regular or hot) 1 tbsp olive oil 1 small onion, chopped 1 small green pepper, chopped 1/2 cup celery, chopped 1/2 cup rice, rinsed 2 cups water 1 packet Lipton chicken noodle soup mix Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown sausage in a large skillet. Remove, drain sausage and set aside. In same skillet, add about a tablespoon of olive oil and sautee veggies until tender (about 3-4 minutes). Add sausage back to the skillet. Add water and rice. Stir, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, add soup mix, stir to combine. Recover the skillet and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Then, transfer to a baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
