Did a cam, heads, intake, carb and ignition swap/upgrade on this beautiful 1969 mustang grande with a 351w. Car had the original 2 barrel cast iron intake manifold, a 2 barrel holly, cast iron heads and a pertronix points style distributor. We upgraded it to a dual plane aluminum 4 barrel cyclone intake manifold, holley 750 vac secondary carb, Aluminum heads setup by our head guy (bare castings, 180cc intake runners, swirl polished 2.02 & 1.6 valves, 60cc chambers, multi angle valve job on the new seats, new valve guides, new dual springs and screw in studs), a Comp XE 268H flat tappet cam (224/232, 510/512, 110lsa) and Comp lifters, new double roller timing chain set, measured and ordered new hardened push rods, and installed a new MSD ignition system including a 6al cdi box, vacuum advance distributor, and Blaster 2 coil. Also threw in a new steering column mounted tach. This video is of the Camshaft break in and first drive after installing everything in the customers barn! We are your Hotrod Solution!
