Strat-O-Matic C&D Football: 1972 Raiders vs 1972 Steelers (Bradshaw, Franco Harris)

The next in my 1972 Strat-O-Matic Football matchup is the Oakland Raiders visiting the 1972 Pittsburgh Steelers. The Pittsburgh Steelers featured the "Steel Curtain" defense as well as Terry Bradshaw, Franco Harris and Preston Pearson on offense. They also had kicker, Roy Gerela. The Oakland Raiders had THREE viable quarterbacks...Daryl Lamonica, Kenny "The Snake" Stabler and George Blanda. They also had a very good defensive team. These teams actually played the opening week of 1972. That was a good game...as is THIS one. In my opinion this replay is much better than the actual game, though you wouldn't know it to see the first half of the game play out. You definitely want to watch ALL of this one.
