Painting snow demo in oil. Learn, in this demo, how I approach painting a snow scene in oils. This sketch was painted on a gessoed sheet of 5 x 7 inch heavyweight printmaking paper. I was after a more impressionistic light tone affect. I took liberties with my painting as compared to my reference photo.
