Fall Caesar with Brittle

Episode 1: Seasoned & Sauced 🍂 Kale Caesar, but make it fall. This one’s tossed with shaved Brussels, a creamy anchovy-lemon dressing, dried cherries for a sweet bite, and the star of the show, savory pumpkin seed brittle. The brittle is spicy, salty, and a little sweet. I didn’t even add croutons… but you can.
