Hong Kong celebrated the Lunar New Year with a spectacular 23‑minute fireworks display lighting up the night sky over Victoria Harbour, marking the Year of the Horse and drawing tens of thousands of spectators along the Tsim Sha Tsui and Wan Chai waterfronts. Themed “Prosperity Gallops Across Hong Kong,” the show featured 31,888 pyrotechnic shells launched in eight distinct scenes, including bursts shaped like galloping horses, the lucky number “8” and symbols of good fortune and abundance, celebrating traditional culture and the festive spirit of the Chinese New Year.
