Hurricane Nicholas on track to dump 10-15 inches of rainfall near Galveston

Nicholas is now a hurricane with 75 mph max sustained winds with gusts up to 90 mph. The storm continues to scoot just off the Texas coast and the more time over water the more time this storm has to intensify.
