Van Wert County Sheriff: Shooting at large party near Delphos leaves person injured

An early morning shooting in Van Wert County has left one person wounded after several fights broke out at a party, according to authorities. Van Wert County Sheriff Thomas Riggenbach said his Office received a 911 call shortly after 1 a.m. regarding a person who was shot at a party located at 19470 State Rd. in Washington Township, with "numerous people" present.
