Ingredients: Potato 2-3 nos. Onion 1-2 nos. Ginger Green chili Coconut milk Salt as per taste. Curry leaves Coconut oil Preparation: Cut potatoes, onions, ginger, green chillies into small pieces and boil it in a cooker. Mash some of the boiled potatoes with the laddle.
