Trudeau announces federal rebate plan for carbon-pricing

Speaking at Humber College in Etobicoke, Ontario, on October 23, 2018, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announces the federal government's plan to provide rebates to the residents of the four provinces that do not have carbon-pricing plans of their own -- Ontario, New Brunswick, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. Those four provinces will now be subject to the federal carbon pollution pricing initiative.
