Linux No Sound - Dummy Output - Quick Fix. This worked for me, maybe it will work for you too!

You just installed Linux on your device and you have no sound. The sound settings only list Dummy Output as the Output Device. There may be tech / software solutions available, still is there a simple solution? It was only luck that I stumbled on this solution. It worked for me, maybe it will work for you.
