"Love, Victor" season 3 is a 2022 series on Hulu created by Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger and is a direct continuation of “Love, Victor” season 2, preceeded by the first season which was based on the 2018 movie “Love, Simon” that was an adaptation of the novel by Becky Albertalli titled, “Simon vs The Homo Sapiens Agenda”. It stars Michael Cimino, Rachel Hilson, Anthony Turpel, Bebe Wood, Mason Gooding, George Sear, Isabella Ferreira, Mateo Fernandez, James Martinez, Ana Ortiz, Anthony Keyvan, and Nico Greetham. In this new season, Victor and his friends pick up where they left off. Victor goes to find Benji and Rahim is left broken hearted, Pilar and Felix commence a relationship, Mia and Andrew struggle to keep their relationship intact despite her having to move away and Lake and Lucy are shocked to discover the attraction they feel towards each other. Out of every other installment (including "Love, Simon"), this one feels the most rushed. The characters flip from opposite emotions very quickly, all while dealing with situations that would very likely consume a normal human being's mind for months. Season 3 is enjoyable but more so for the fact that there was already a lot of ground work done with the other seasons. Looking past those observations, "Love, Victor" season 3 is still fun and it at times effectively shines a light on the struggles one goes through when living as an openly gay person, albeit not as much as the former ones. While it was a duller farewell than expected... it still brings in some laughs and definitely wraps around the main character's love arcs. #lovevictor My personal rating for this season is: 6 /10 in its category Thanks for watching!
