Ingredients Rice (jeeraka sala) - 1 cup Water - 2 cup Cinnamon - 3 small pieces Cardamom - 6 Cloves -5 Black pepper - 5 Ghee - 2tbs Coconut oil -2tbs Fried Cashewnuts -12 Fried Raisins - 12 Fried Onions - 2 Method wash and soak rice. Drain and keep aside. In a pan add ghee , coconut oil and roast the all spices.After that add soaked rice and saute 5 minutes.Then add water and salt.After boil well close the lid,and keep the flame medium After 5 minutes open the lid and stir it slowly and springle some water on the top of the rice. close the pan and keep the flame 15 minutes very low . After 15 minutes rice will be perfect. now we need to dum the ghee rice ... In a nonstick pan add some fried cashewnut ,fried raisins,and fried onions in the bottom. then layer the rice.In each layer sprinkle everything shown in the video.Finally close the pan with a lid. After that switch on the stow.Keep it with low flame for 5 minutes and dum so after 5 minutes tasty yummy dum ghee rice is readt to serve
