Silent cutting with Victorinox Swiss Modern gyuto 210 - Pre and post thinning

Victorinox Swiss Modern 21 214x53 mm, 152 g Pictures: https://imgur.com/a/Y91BzPn I initially thinned on Shapton Glass 320, but moved to Shapton Glass 220. On the left side of the blade I thinned behind the edge, and also a bit higher. On right side I thinned behind the edge, and briefly thinned just above that section. 2-3 cm at the tip thinned on both sides. Polish was a very dirty job with Rhyhowet 240, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 followed by Autosol and Tormek polish paste. Edge is sharpened only on Shapton Glass 1000 and stropped on horse leather. Time spent thinning, polishing and sharpening is about two hours.
