Forza Horizon 4 Rivals WR - Ambleside Village Circuit (+Spotting a Hacked LB Ghost)

I've been playing Forza Horizon 4 on PC through the Xbox Game Pass and I got a time of 0'47.599 on the Ambleside Village Circuit Rivals event, the fastest legitimate time on the leaderboard and current world record. Unfortunately the #1 time is currently occupied by someone with unrealistic acceleration and poor racing lines in the same car, a typical sign of modding the car's performance. Surprisingly enough they were lazy about it so it's feasible to beat the hacked time by outdriving him in the corners, but I'd rather not fight to beat a fake time if I don't have to. If you need help seeing the impossible rocket acceleration of the #1 run, you can see it at 1:19, 1:25, and 1:43 most clearly.
