RAW: Dashcam video shows police chase, standoff with man who tried to break into FBI office

Newly released videos from the Warren County Sheriff's Office shows law enforcement following the car of 42-year-old Ricky Shiffer, the man who tried to break into the FBI's Cincinnati office. When Shiffer and the police stop, "Shots fired, shots fired" can be heard over the radio.
