Breeding Feathers on Racing Pigeons. Can they help with selection?

Breeding Feathers on selecting racing pigeons are used in mature pigeons to help select breeding pigeons. Must only be used in pigeons two years or older. Another option that can be used when trying to select pigeons for the stock loft. I personally do not pay much attention to Breeding Feathers.
