H1Z1 Battle Royale Just Made Its Console Debut

If you’ve been waiting for PUBG to make its way over to the Playstation, it’s still not there. But the next best thing has happened. Here’s what you need to know. It’s free! No PS Plus needed. All you need is a PSN account and around 10 gigabytes of free space. There are vehicles and there’s no building. Aaand if you haven’t figured it out already, this game is very much like PUBG and with good reason. H1Z1 was one of the first games to experiment with Battle Royale. In fact, PlayerUnknown was a modder who helped make the H1Z1 map. But there are definitely some differences. Bullet drop is in the game along with ADS, but there’s no leaning. You can have up to a five-person squad and there are no attachments for your weapons. There ARE airdrops and they have different colored smoke depending on which items are in it, which is pretty sweet. BUT if you don’t wanna fight over a dropped crate, just try finding one! Random military crates are scattered all over the map. Listed to the radio chatter to hone in on a nearby goody bag.
