Quake Live - rocket training secret challenge made easy

Done in 4 seconds from the ground :) Please excuse my nervous moves, I had so little time and I've already lost like 5 seconds of my haste getting there :) It's so much easier after the second haste appears :) Of course, you can do it plasma climbing the wall, but let's say it's harder - here you can't move, trapped between two poles, so this way is noob-friedly :) Haste was necessary to do the SJ from the top of the pole to the ledge, there's no space for proper CJ.
