The tactical menu during stagger is a little messy. This method can definitely be improved with practice. It is also quite easy to pull off. In Phase 1 Tifa lures Weiss around the outside, baiting him into attacking. When he misses, he gets pressured, which is the perfect time to hit him with aga spells. Firaga and Blizzaga will launch him during Phase 1, they also increase his stagger bar(try to make sure that Aerith and Cloud have both cast Firaga and Blizzaga during phase 1 before the stagger, this will help to ensure Skill Master gets triggered on their next skill, which will happen around the point of staggering Weiss). It takes Weiss a while to recover from being hit with these aga spells, this gives Tifa a chance to cast Haste Magnified and 2x Unbridled Strength. Once all party members are at 2 ATB and Weiss's stagger bar is at or above 3/4 Tifa can get the stagger by using Focused Strikes. During the stagger, it is the usual method to get to 300% Multiplier (True Strike, ATB Boost, True Strike, True Strike, Rise and Fall, Omnistrike, Uppercut). It is wise to start Aerith and Cloud casting Thundaga then Firaga while Tifa is increasing the stagger multiplier. They take a while to cast and if it is left too late they will not strike during the stagger(in the video I am a little late with the Firagas and they hit just after the stagger, but they push Weiss back away from the characters, which ended up being useful). After Tifa has finished getting the multiplier to 300% make sure she has 2 ATB then start her casting Blizzaga's. These will hit after the stagger ends when Weiss has Phase Shifted. Now rotate through the other characters casting Blizzaga's until Weiss staggers a second time. The general idea is to take advantage of his slow movement during phase 2, bombard him with Blizzaga spells to stun lock him, then finish him off during the second stagger. Weiss didn't use his "Stab" attack at all during Phase 1, so there is no footage of Tifa vaulting over Weiss. It works the same way as with Reno. Push the stick towards Weiss and press Circle as he approaches. As stated above, this method can definitely be improved or optimized:- Aerith's first cast of Blizzaga during Phase 2 triggers her Skill Master. A second Blizzaga cast here would have ended the fight even sooner. Tifa and Cloud don’t use their Triangle shortcuts, so something else could be used. One or both of Tifa’s Luck Up materia could be changed to other materia(ATB Stagger and MP Up could be beneficial). Tifa's HP Up might not be needed if all of Weiss's Phase 1 attacks have been learned.
