J&K Forest Department organizes Consultation Meeting on “Forests for Livelihood”

As part of the Government’s outreach programme to generate livelihood for the people of Jammu and Kashmir, the J&K Forest Department today organized a one-day consultation meeting-cum-discussion on ‘Forests for Livelihood’. The event was inaugurated by the Chief Secretary, Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta in presence of Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner/Secretary Forest Ecology and Environment Department.
