We took a random pack of dried white bean soup from his pantry and blended it some vegan cheese to make a creamy pasta sauce. To cut carbs we used spaghetti and butternut squash noodles from his freezer, cooked up some onion and garlic in a spicy olive oil and tossed it all with some spinach. Lance garnished the pasta with chili flakes, fresh basil and more olive oil 🍝 That's what #quarantinecooking is ALL about... taking what you have and transforming it into an exciting and delicious meal!
