It’s a quirky, fast-paced sequel to the original Snow Bros., with expanded gameplay, new characters, and a vibrant, chaotic charm that feels like Bubble Bobble on a sugar rush. The original Japanese title is Otenki Paradise: Snow Bros. 2 (おてんきパラダイス・スノーブラザーズ2). Here is the first game:    • SNOW BROS.: Nick & Tom (TOAPLAN 1990. Full...   Snow Bros. 2 is much easier than the first game, giving it a more lighthearted atmosphere; that doesn't mean it's an easy game, though—quite the opposite. Players choose from four characters: Nick (Snow Kid) – traps enemies in snowballs Bobby (Thunder Kid) – uses electric clouds Roy (Rain Kid) – traps enemies in water bubbles Richard (Wind Kid) – uses whirlwinds I'm using Nick most of the time. The goal is to rescue Princess Pudding from the villain Attsu the Great, who wants to revive his brother, the Great Demon King Atchich. Enemies are trapped, turned into rolling projectiles, and smashed into walls to clear stages. When you sweep away all enemies in a single combo—usually by launching one snowball or elemental trap that ricochets through the entire stage—you trigger a “Great”, “Nice”, or “Good” rating depending on how efficient and stylish your takedown was. Collecting letters to spell “EXTRA” grants an extra life and skips to the next stage. The “GREAT” mechanic is a cool reward system that celebrates your skillful way of clearing enemies. If you manage to wipe out all enemies in one big combo—like launching a single snowball or elemental trap that bounces around and hits every opponent—you’ll trigger a ranking like “Great!”, “Nice!”, or “Good!” depending on how stylish and effective your move was. After a flawless combo, a shower of bright, fluttering paper slips rains down from the top of the screen. 🧾 Point Talismans: These slips resemble Chinese banknotes or mystical talismans, each marked with glowing score values—500, 1000, 3000, and beyond. 🎼 Festive Soundtrack: The game kicks in an energetic jingle, adding flair to your moment of glory. 💰 Score Explosion: Grabbing these slips lets your score balloon in seconds, often pushing you closer to extra lives or leaderboard supremacy. 0:00 start 1:19 GREAT 3:48 No. 1 8:32 Dangan Train 13:55 Attsu Rocket 14:40 GREAT 16:23 BIG 17:03 Love & Bomb 22:00 EXTRA, Bunny Clown 29:38 Solar Chariot Power-ups include colored drinks: 🔴 Red – speed boost 🟡 Yellow – longer attack range 🔵 Blue – stronger attacks Common enemies include: Grimo, Sartan, Bluemo, Bomb Kid, Sumoman, Dance Boy, Ice Golem, and more. BOSSES Start Fever No. 1 A mechanical menace with rotating arms and projectile attacks. Rain Land Dangan Train A bullet-shaped train boss that charges across the screen. Breeze Island Attsu Rocket A flying contraption piloted by Attsu, firing missiles and lasers. Snow Land Love & Bomb Twin bosses—one throws hearts, the other lobs explosives. Lightning Island Bunny Clown A creepy clown with bunny ears that uses electric shockwaves. Sunshine Kingdom Solar Chariot The final boss, a blazing sun-powered chariot with relentless fire attacks. Each boss has unique patterns and requires quick reflexes and clever use of your elemental powers to defeat. Some even spawn minions or change phases mid-fight, keeping you on your toes. FUN FEATURES: BECOMING BIG: If you collect a yellow trophy, your character inflates like a balloon and floats across the screen, destroying enemies on contact. Taking too long in a level summons Sunshine, an invincible sun that chases you and spawns ghosts called Specters. -The game includes hidden treasure chests worth 30,000 points and food items like pizza and spaghetti for bonus scores Retro gaming, Arcade gameplay, Classic arcade games, MAME gameplay, 80s video games, 90s arcade nostalgia, Coin-op games, Old school gaming, Retro game review, Arcade cabinet tour, Pixel art games, Retro gaming setup, Vintage gaming console, Retro game collection, Arcade emulator.
