Mugen - Riot Ryu by Dark Roken - AI Patch (.955)

Requested AI Patch by AnthonyGamer - Done by HJK with help from qwerwgrebew Sorry, I made quite a few mistakes while coding the AI and I also had to update the CNS for PRIOTITY and CTRL definitions. I'll be fixing Riot Ryu later, but for now, I'll let him be. I went in a new direction with this AI code. He bases himself around strategy and manipulation of his opponents attacking states using plum trickery and dodging. I tried to give it the effect of having acoding by me with splashes of a PotS-Warusaki3 mix and I think I did a pretty BAD job but hey, that's the way life goes XP There were at about 11 (eleven) new states created through the use of Definitions from Gargoyle's Bison/Vega, PotS's Shin Gouki, ANMC's Orochi Iori, and Dark Roken himself's Riot Ryu. Oh and yeah about that little issue before, that's in the past. Caring for a little conforntation, ehh, I doubt that anybody cares - LOL. The blame is on us for that so =P. Shin Gouki - Warusaki3
