PS5 Demon's Souls Old Hero boss fight and strategy 4-2 Shrine of storms

Accidentally recorded with my camera on and didn't see it until too late. Hence the blurred section. This boss is blind, which is ironic. Throw on a thief's ring and it'll be hard for him to detect you. When he's roaring, he can spot you. so stop moving/attacking when he roars. You can literally sit still and fire arrows at him to beat him. But it would take forever.
