Ingredients ----------------------------------- Idli Rice: 2 Cup. Urud Dal: 1 Cup. Fenugreek seeds: 1/4 Tsp. Cooked Rice: 1 Cup. ----------------------------------- Wash and soak Idli rice, Urud, Fenugreek seeds separately. After 6 to 8 hours, mix Rice and Fenugreek together and grind well adding little water. Now grind urud dal. Grind cooked rice. Transfer everything to a pot and mix well. Keep it for fermentation. ( depends on climate) Once fermentation add salt mix well
