GMC Hoops Highlights--March 7, 2012--Asbury Park vs. Paulsboro--Group I State Semifinals

Here are video highlights from Asbury Park's 67-54 victory over Paulsboro in the Group I State Semifinals at Pine Belt Arena in Toms River. Led by Xavier Lundy, the Red Raiders jumped out to a 4-0 lead, and led 10-7 late in the first before the Blue Bishops, defending Group I State Champs, went on a 15-0 run sparked by a three from Thomond Hammary to take a 22-10 lead early in the second period, and never looked back after that. Hammary ended up with 16 points while twins Amir and Armond Conover added 15 points each. Danron Morrisey chipped in with 10 points including two threes while Anthony McNeil scored 9 for the winners. Lundy, who fouled out with 4:44 to go, ended up with a game high 17 points for Paulsboro, which ended its season at 30-1.
