The Matrix Awakens PS5 Gameplay! Unreal Engine 5 Tech Demo (4K)

Woah. Here's a look at The Matrix Awakens tech demo running on PS5! This shows off the impressive capabilities of Unreal Engine 5. The demo opens with a real time cutscene that recreates part of the first movie. Then it transitions to an on-rails gameplay segment. The demo concludes with a free-roam segment, where you can run, drive and fly around the city. The cinematics are 24 FPS (presumably to mimic the look of the films), while the gameplay runs at 30 FPS with drops during very hectic moments. The free-roam segments are also 30 FPS, but the frame rate can drop pretty hard when you're driving very fast and smashing into cars. Are you impressed with this tech demo for The Matrix Awakens?
