RE9 Requiem: Street Fighter, Megaman and Sega Saturn/Jojo easter egg? [explained in description]

The locker is called Jojo which I can't think of anyone named Jojo in the RE series especially anyone related to Barry. The only one I can think of is Joseph Frost but I don't think he's ever been called or referenced as "Jojo" despite his short time in the series (literally getting eaten in the opening scene to RE1). The only other thing I can think of is that, Jojo is a reference to Jojo's Bizzarre Adventure as Capcom did work on a JJBA fighting game (Petshop is broken) so this could be a reference to that game that Capcom worked on.
