Real Measurements of 5G NR Sync

This webinar, delivered by Calnex’s Anand Ram, VP Business Development, provides a quick overview of the synchronization requirements of 5G networks as well as some of the changes in those networks such as the increasingly complex and disaggregated nature of the CU, DU and RU chain. He covers the importance of synchronization, some of the factors like interference that influence timing, and discusses in a little bit more detail the synchronization signals themselves within the 5G New Radio (NR) signal. To conclude, Anand explains how we can use these signals to measure the quality and performance of synchronization directly over the air.
