#stretchingexercises #karate #karatewarmup We coach in Karate at two offline locations in Mumbai (One at Borivali East and another at Kandivali East) as of now. This new training centre at Kandivali West will be operational from June 2022 on a twice weekly basis. Our Training is offered on a Hybrid Module (combination of offline + online) We conduct exclusive Online Karate training for outstation students and for those who cannot make it to offline class due to any reasons. We focus on holistic wellness through our training with emphasis on 1. Physical strengthening 2. Mental strengthening 3. Moral strengthening 4. Spiritual strengthening Karate class is open for all age groups and at present we have students as small as 6 years to children, teenagers, youths, adults and even senior citizens training with us on a hybrid module. We do conduct regular training workshops, technical seminars, karate tournaments, participate for World Championships. Our trained students have brought laurels to the country by participating in the KWF Karate World Championships in past in 2013 at Ringsted in Denmark, 2015 at Hokkaido in Japan, 2017 at Malta and in 2019 at Tokyo, Japan. In India we provide coaching services to students to participate in various tournaments as below: 1. DSO Interschool karate championships 2. Invitational Karate Championships 3. District Karate Championships 4. State Karate Championships 5. National Karate Championships 6. School Games Federation India Karate Championships 7. Khelo India Karate Games 8. Inter College Karate Championships 9. Inter University Karate Championships We conduct special workshops in Self Defense for Women. We conduct Corporate training for Work and Life Balance, Building Mutual Trust, Breaking Barriers, Building Resilience thereby helping boost productivity at work.
