This carbide oscillating multi-tool blade had all the original worn teeth removed, reshaped new teeth then cut 10 drywall screws (I forgot to video it, so I can't really count it), then sharpended twice to cut through 31+ 16 penny nails! Form the point by sharpening each side of the teeth by pressing the blade into the grinding wheel, pull out, then move over and grinding the other side of the teeth. Make small plunges. This ensures you will have the strongest teeth. Sometimes I might say just wiggle the blade in, but then forget to mention the above.
