Quick shrimp and broccoli stir fry recipe that is healthy and made in 20 minutes. Shrimp and broccoli stir fried in a delicious garlic and ginger Asian sauce. Stir fry never got any easier than this. Servings: 1 Shopping List: 3/4 cup small pre-cooked shrimp (shelled, deveined, tail off) 3/4 cup broccoli florets 2 tbsp. oyster sauce 2 tbsp.soy sauce 1 tbsp. sesame oil 1 tbsp. Shaoxing wine (rice wine vinegar will work also) 1 tsp. sugar 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1 tbsp. minced ginger Pinch of salt Cooking oil with a high smoke point (canola, vegetable, avocado or peanut) Directions: Add ther sauce ingredients to a small bowl and mix. Set aside. Heat a wok over high heat until just starts to smoke. Add the oil and allow to heat up about 30 seconds. Add the broccoli and stir fry 2-3 minutes until tender. NOTE: if you want to speed up the cooking of the broccoli and to retain a bright green color, you can blanch it in boiling water for about 1 minute prior to stir frying. After blanching, completely dry off the broccoli before stir frying. Add the shrimp, salt and sauce and stir fry until thoroughly heated through. Garnish and serve.
