Modern Warfare 3 Glitches - Outpost Wall Breaches Here are 3 wall breaches in the Modern Warfare 3 map, Outpost. What you want to do is go up to any of these 3 tank trucks, climb up the ladder and once you're near the top start climbing down and to the side. It's possible to do it on either side of the ladder. This glitch is pretty difficult, but it's not patched. When it is patched, I'll post it in the title saying so.
