This plant powered pesto perfection pizza is well, perfection. And also, very difficult to say once, let alone five times in a row fast! I found this little gem of a product; Roza's Gourmet Diary Free Pesto and have been using it on almost everything! It makes a fabulous pasta sauce, great topping for hummus, spread for crackers with plant based cheese and of course, as the base for pizza! INGREDIENTS 1 pizza base (I'm using a home made one) Plant based pesto - Roza's gourmet dairy free pesto or alternative Red onion sliced into 1/2 rounds Kale - cut up into bite sized pieces sliced tomatoes Plant based mozzarella cheese Pine nuts - about a hand full INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and warm pizza stone. Put the base on the warmed pizza stone then add the toppings starting with the pesto and ending with the pine nuts.
