God Gave Rock and Roll to You Intro Guitar Solo with TAB (Steve Vai) Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey

This was a request from one of my students. I’m very familiar with the Kiss song “God Gave Rock n Roll To You” but I forgot there was another version on the record with a Steve Vai intro. Like Wayne’s World, Bill and Ted’s Excellent adventure hasn’t aged as well as other classic movies but it’s still a great flick that brings back a lot of nostalgia. As usual this solo took a lot longer to figure out than I thought but I’m glad I got it finished. I couldn’t find any existing TAB’s online so I had to do the whole thing from scratch. Halfway through the solo the two guitars flip, so the high guitar becomes the low guitar and Vise versa. Hopefully this inspires everyone to check out Bill and Ted’s Bogus journey (which is the sequel to Bill and Ted’s excellent adventure), and to also listen to more Steve Vai.
