Mysore Masala Dosa It is a crisp and soft dosa spiced with red chutney and stuffed with potato masala. Red Chutney Ingredients: Fried gram dal - 1/2 cup Dried red chilli - 3 Garlic cloves - 6 Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Salt Water Method: Add all the above ingredients in a mixie jar and blend to a smooth paste. It is used as a spread for mysore masala dosa. Aloo Masala/Aloo Bhaji/Potato Masala Ingredients: Oil Mustard - 1 tsp Cumin - 1 tsp Chana dal - 1 tsp Pinch of Asafoetida/Hing Chopped onion - 1 Green chilli - 4 Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Salt Potato - 3(Boiled and smashed) Method: First boil the potatoes then peel and chop them. Keep aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, cumin and chana dal. Add onion and chilli. Saute them. Add turmeric powder, hing and salt. Stir and fry for a minute.
