Products used in this video: ✅ Cutting Boards: https://amzn.to/3zSyAE3 ✅ Cast Iron Dutch Oven: https://amzn.to/3tdF2l6 ________________________________________________ Ingredients: 2 tbsp salted butter 1 lb ground beef 1 large white onion, diced 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes, don’t drain 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce 3 oz tomato paste 4 cups chicken broth 1-2 cups water, to adjust consistency 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 8 oz box of bowtie pasta, uncooked Toppings: Ricotta Cheese Mozzarella Cheese, shredded Parmesan Cheese Fresh Parsley, chopped Directions: To a large pot on the stove over medium high heat, add in the butter. Once mostly melted, cook the onions for 2-3 minutes stirring every so often so they don't burn. Then add in the garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add in the ground beef, breaking it up into manageable bite size pieces. While that continues to cook until no longer pink, add in the italian seasoning, salt and black pepper. Mix until combined. Add in the diced tomatoes, juices and all, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Mix well, then add in the chicken broth and bowtie pasta. Crank up the heat to high and bring the soup to a boil. Then, once it starts boiling, reduced the heat to a medium simmer, cover the pot and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the noodles are to your liking. You can adjust the consistency with 1-2 cups of water or broth, depending on your liking. Serve warm with any of the listed additional toppings.
