DBZ BT3 Super 17 VS Frieza(2nd Form)(Request)

Another request featuring super 17 and frieza in his second form. In my opinion, super 17 was a lot better in tenkaichi 2 than he is here in 3. His throw not only absorbs the opponent's energy, but their health as well. Also his basic attack moveset isn't as linear as it is here. Anyways, enough of my fighting game babbling, enjoy the video!
