Naruto uses his Frog Kumite once in the Naruto vs Pain fight and one in the War Arc later in Naruto Shippuden. But the Frog Kata is such a powerful ability that Naruto should've definitely used it more. Sure, Sage Mode Naruto doesn't have a lot of screentime, but later on Naruto manages to combine Sage Mode with KCM.
