Should pictures of the Prophet Mohammed be shown in schools?
Mohammed Amin has said a teacher "was wrong" to show pupils images of the Prophet Mohammed. Speaking to talkRADIO's Julia Hartley-Brewer, the former chairman of the Conservative Muslim Forum said: "You have to respect their religious views. You're not entitled to force them to see things they do not want to see." Protesters gathered outside Batley Grammar School in Batley, near Bradford, on Thursday, following claims a member of staff had shown students a cartoon deemed offensive to the Islamic faith during a religious studies lesson.
