DREAM Update: New Tools for Transparent Public Investment Management

As part of Ukraine’s public investment management (PIM) reform, the DREAM system - the reform’s key digital tool - has received a significant upgrade. The following new features are now available on the public portal: ✅ Updated State Project Pipeline (SPP) ✅ Detailed profiles for public investment projects and programs ✅ Government sectoral pipelines For the first time, projects and programs are structured using the new national methodology for preparing Public Investment Projects (PIPs) and programs — based on Ukraine’s "five case" model. 📌 The current SPP includes 89 projects and 60 programs.
