Extreme weather 2018 - Hurricane Florence hits land (2 of 3) (USA) - ITV News - 14th September 2018

(2 of 3 special reports (the third is a global map and some Philippines images and may be record-breaking if just one more active system (to the seven already globally) starts). In this second part, again the focus is on Hurricane Florence that's has made landfall in the USA and more images you may not have seen, including the reporter reporting from in the outside wind and rain itself. With more words from two governors, we also see how there are some more foolish than brave as they are swimming in the beach surf! Really? Most people have either evacuated or hunkered down and not taking risks, there are always a few people in this nation which has the third largest population on Earth, willing to play 'Russian Roulette' with a hurricane for no good reason, with perhaps the exception of wanting to receive a 'Darwin Award'. Look up 'Darwin Award' if you are unfamiliar with the term.
