Could there be a hard border in Ireland?

One of the big remaining questions over Brexit is what happens at the Irish border if the UK leaves the EU without a deal. Neither the British or Irish governments say it's preparing for a hard border between Northern Ireland and the Republic, but could it happen? Sky's senior Ireland correspondent David Blevins reports.
